What do you like best about VirtualSpirits?

I was able to let VirtualSpirits handle simple conversation and initial frequently asked questions. It helped me for handling more sophisticated customer queries. The preliminary phase of implementing the software was easy to commence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VirtualSpirits?

VirtualSpirits customization was very much an issue since there were barely many choices to make. One of the main issues I faced was difficulty in managing the interactions of the chatbot in order to provide the company’s brand tone and message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VirtualSpirits solving and how is that benefiting you?

VirtualSpirits did serve to provide a solution to the initial flood of basic customer queries that would otherwise have diverted my attention from more complex problems. The worst thing about it is the inability to customize its features so that it is fully compatible with other systems and our brand image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
