I find Virtru Email Encryption very easy to use because it’s right there when I need it, and I don’t have to worry about it not working. I also haven’t had many customers complain about being unable to open encrypted emails; for the few who have, I think it’s mostly an unwillingness to use it. I really like the ability to add a personal greeting before applying the encryption, too. Overall, the initial setup was incredibly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue I’ve encountered with Virtru is that, when I also had a CRM like HubSpot connected, I didn’t get any notification that I couldn’t track/log through HubSpot and send via Virtru at the same time. The data was encrypted, but there was no note explaining what happened, and even I couldn’t open it. It’s great that there was still a layer of protection, but it would have been helpful to know why the failure was occurring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
