"Virti’s Innovation, Agility, and Responsive Support Make It a Standout Partner"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Virti?

What I really value about working with Virti is their ability to innovate and move quickly. They’re always looking at how the market is changing, listening to customer needs and thinking about what they need to build next.

The team are also incredibly responsive and helpful. Whenever we have a request or need support, they’re quick to respond and genuinely committed to finding a solution.

What stands out most is the speed at which they turn customer feedback into action. When they identify a new need or demand, they don’t just talk about it – they quickly look at how they can develop the product to address it. That combination of innovation, agility and great support makes them a fantastic partner to work with. I also love the product feels ahead of the rest of the market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virti?

The main opportunity I see is around how Virti operates within the wider partnership. At times, the focus from a Virti POV the team can naturally lean towards the Virti solution being the primary, whereas for us it forms part of a much broader customer proposition. I think there is an opportunity to take more account of that wider context and recognise how the different products and services need to come together for the customer.

Similarly, on joint customer calls and pitches, I think greater trust in each partner’s respective expertise and role would strengthen the relationship. There have been occasions where assumptions have been made about decisions or activities without having the full context behind them. A more collaborative approach, particularly in front of wider teams, would help us operate more effectively as one partnership.

From a product perspective, I see two areas that could make the experience even stronger. Firstly, I’d love to see more focus on outcomes, rather than just feedback and coaching. For example, after a simulated performance conversation, it would be powerful to understand what happened next: did the employee improve, disengage, stay or leave? This would help users understand the real-world consequences of how they handled the conversation.

Secondly, I think there is further opportunity to develop the emotion and tonality of the avatars. The visual experience is strong, but the voice can sometimes feel relatively neutral regardless of how the conversation is progressing. More noticeable reactions – frustration, anger, surprise, disappointment or sadness – would make scenarios feel more realistic and increase the challenge and value of the simulation.

Overall, these feel like natural next steps for an already strong product and partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
