What do you like best about Virti?

Virti is really user-friendly, with plenty of support available when you need it. From my perspective as a user, it feels very realistic, and it just keeps getting better and better over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virti?

What problems is Virti solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are a few ways in which we are benefitting from using Virti in the business. Our front line colleagues who speak to customers are able to use it by practising their customer service skills.
