The product has just become better and better as the years have gone by. I particularly like the AI intelligence brought into the virtual humans and the UI/UX for the newer conversational models compared to the previous conversation builder. The evaluation criteria is very useful especially for the use within our Higher education institution. The SCORM package allows easy integration with our virtual learning environment for assessment purposes to see how students. The support from Alex Prod has been amazing, and through his support and love for the product, we have been able to pull off some really interesting simulation projects at the university. The only thing is sometimes difficulties with firewall issues and loading with new avatars which has been reported. Sometimes students need a good experience from the get go so they are more engaged. I think that the hints and feedback feature could be more controlled in terms of allowing the creator to provide more tailored feedback at specific points to adjust to the level the students are operating at. I also struggle with the actions because its great to have them there, but I would like a way to actually assess what actions are performed and to control when actions appear rather than having them all set before the simulation begins. I have come across a lot of use cases where it would have been useful for the action performed to cause the virtual human to react instead of it only triggering responses through conversation.
