What do you like best about VIMOS?

What do you dislike about VIMOS?

Bugs happen occasionally. It loads slowly sometimes, but what software doesn't? It is acceptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VIMOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a lot of e-commerce customers who ask about size and fitting before purchasing our apparel. Sometimes we may miss some messages. With VIMOS, we can simply remark those customers to be replied and to follow up in a team structure that enables several team members to manage the conversations.
