What do you like best about viktor.com?

Viktor has been transformative for our team. We were considering hiring a project manager and an additional customer support person, but Viktor has taken so many repetitive tasks off our plate that we’ve been able to rethink those hiring needs. Instead of spending time issuing refunds or correcting customer billing issues, we can focus on higher-value work that benefits from human judgment and creativity.

We also haven’t found an integration Viktor doesn’t have - it connects to everything we use. Viktor’s Spaces, where it creates apps, has a slick, intuitive interface. We can build dashboards to visualize our data almost instantly, when similar dashboards would typically take our Data Team a few days to put together.

What do you dislike about viktor.com?

The price can be a hurdle at first - there’s definitely some sticker shock. But once you see how much time it saves and what it frees your team up to do, the value becomes clear. In our experience, it’s been worth the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Viktor helps us handle repetitive operational and customer support tasks, such as issuing refunds and correcting billing issues. That’s freed up our team to focus on work that needs human judgment and reduced our need to hire additional support and project management staff.
