What do you like best about viktor.com?

It saved me from having to hire someone to help manage my workload, making everything much easier. Viktor is smart, learns quickly, and doesn’t forget, so the time I put into training Viktor feels like a worthwhile investment. Another advantage is that Viktor won’t leave for a better position, which gives me more continuity and peace of mind. Performance has been excellent, and it helps me balance efficiency and cost while keeping pricing under control. The user interface is straightforward because it runs in Slack, so it feels like working with a colleague. Viktor also integrates smoothly with my Microsoft 365 environment and other tools. What do you dislike about viktor.com?

The cost. It's effective, well worth the price, but it does hurt to have to pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm a solo family law attorney with a high-volume practice, and the admin work was eating up the hours I should spend on clients. Viktor works like a paralegal and office manager in Slack, connected to my Outlook, OneDrive, calendar, and the Florida e-filing portal.

The problems it solves:

Inbox overload: A 7 AM triage message tells me what needs action today, with a next step for each item.

Document filing: Court e-service PDFs, signed Adobe Sign documents, and referral-platform files download and save automatically to the right client folder before the e-service links expire.

New client intake: When a new client comes in, Viktor sets up the folder, contact, and email folder and drafts the Notice of Limited Appearance for my review.

Drafting: It drafts pleadings and boilerplate filings formatted to my standards and checks local judge rules. Nothing gets filed without my review.

Deadlines: A weekly docket check catches things before they become problems.

The benefit: I've gotten back hours every week, I miss fewer things, and my files are organized without me doing it. It remembers my preferences, so corrections stick and I don't explain the same thing twice. For a solo practitioner, it's like having staff without the overhead.
