When you have to repeat the same thing repeatedly, but it's essential, it's cool to have a short video attached to a personalized greeting at the front that plays right behind it too! **What do you dislike about Vidyard?** I wish there was an easier way to make mass personalized videos where I'm holding up a sign with someone's name on it or their company name. The work around is just using a whiteboard with a dry erase marker in short order. **Recommendations to others considering Vidyard:** It's awesome, if you want to do something bold and different - video is it and Vidyard makes it happen. **What problems is Vidyard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vidyard allows me to record personalized videos and demos that strike right to the heart of my prospects. Being able to give your customers a visual idea of what you're discussing or even giving them a face (yours) to put with your name is so valuable. **What do you dislike about Vidyard?** Vidyard is probably just a few small features away from being a really excellent editing tool. The clipping, bookmarking, thumbnailing, and tools to embed links are just a little primitive. I feel they could be a little smoother and easier to execute some of these functions. **What problems is Vidyard solving and how is that benefiting you?** I often speak with an early generation of coaches who aren't familiar with the software we are selling. Being able to provide them with videos that showcase what our software does, helps us give them a true look at what we can offer, instead of relying on verbal or written communication only (phone or email). Easy to learn without much training. Basic functionality to get one started engaging their clients quickly. **What do you dislike about Vidyard?** It's basic: It needs to be able to produce a video in front of a Presentation version of Office products like PowerPoint. It also needs to be able to add green screen type of backgrounds in your video. Blur and actual backgrounds are basic. Clients have to right-click on the video thumbnail to play the video. They cannot just click the 'Play' button.
