What do you like best about Vidyard?

Love using Vidyard on our BDR team during outreach to see higher click/response rates.

Also great for internal how-tos for our KB and especially while the company is on WFH.

Finally also love using it to create videos and demos for our customers.

It's a great platform for hosting, and GoVideo makes it dead simple for anyone to produce decent, to-the-point, content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vidyard?

The screen recording quality isn't great and is limited by the CPU since it's an extension. If you want 1080p recording need to get a desktop app. Also wish there was an Android app for screen record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Vidyard:

Definitely use it! Try the screen record tool and it will leave you wanting to try more for sure. Has changed how our BDR team connects with prospects and saves our CS team a ton of time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
