"Super Easy to Get Video Testimonials from My Clients"

What do you like best about VideoTouch?

Creating a campaign to ask for video testimonials and customising it for every client is one of the best parts of Videotouch. By sending a personal video message to my clients I can convert more requests for testimonials, since I started using Videotouch I have received more feedback than anticipated. I also love the video bubble that can be embedded on my website, it looks great and it´s helped my business get more leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VideoTouch?

I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike about Videotouch so far, the roadmap looks very promising and the tools work very well. There are new features such as more languages which I look forward to working with very shortly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VideoTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem I am resolving is getting more feedback from existing clients, and more credible testimonials to support my business. Before using Videotouch I did find it very difficult to get my clients on the video to talk about my products and services, but this has dramatically improved since the adoption of Videotouch.
