What do you like best about VidCruiter?

Collecting applicant data is the best part, once the job is setup in the system having them complete the online form makes it easy to see if they are suitable and where there could be potential issues that need to be covered. The helpdesk team are fantastic, so clear and quick to get back to me and I'm in Australia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

At first I found it hard to put my process into a workflow but the helpdesk team were amazing at helping me through. I still get a little confused by the Templates but that's more me as a user not their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VidCruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Applicant process was very cumbersome with my database so Vidcruiter has really made life so much easier and faster. I travel for 2 months every year but still have to manage work and this has saved me so much time.
