I used to write these long walls of text trying to explain a bug or a design decision, and half the time people would skim it and ask a question I'd already answered in there somewhere. Now I just record a quick Vidcast, screen plus my face, walk through what I mean, and send the link. People actually watch the whole thing instead of skimming, probably because it's two minutes instead of a paragraph they have to parse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
