**What do you like best about Vibes?**

The most helpful part about Vibes is having such a great team to work with. They are always quick to respond and very patient when I was first learning and had a million questions.

**What do you dislike about Vibes?**

The platform can be a little confusing and overwhelming at first.

**What problems is Vibes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vibes is helping us boost revenue by reaching more of our members who aren't opening our emails.

**What do you like best about Vibes?**

We leverage the Vibes platform to communicate beauty service appointment details to our guests. The platform has been incredibly reliable and messages are delivered to our guests quickly and consistently.  Vibes has also encouraged innovation in the RCS space.  Our account representatives are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about our success.

**What do you dislike about Vibes?**

Vibes has been a great partner. There is not any negative feedback.

**What problems is Vibes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vibes enables direct communication to guests for beauty service appointments. The confirmation text, update text, and reminder text provides our guest confidence that the salon will be ready when they arrive.  Vibes has helped us with two-way guest communications for guest to confirm their intentions and ensure our stylists revenue.  They also continue to challenge us to improve the experience with contact cards, prescriptive messaging content, and enabling RCS.

**What do you like best about Vibes?**

The team! They are incredibly knowledgeable about all things mobile and consistently go above and beyond to learn about our business and understand our unique needs. I don't see the team as just a vendor; rather, they feel like an extension of our digital team. They're always bringing new initiatives to the table and assisting with all technical updates. Their involvement was absolutely integral to the success of our ESP, and I couldn't be more grateful for their hard work and dedication.

**What do you dislike about Vibes?**

The need for real-time updates (e.g., unsubscribes, promo history, and promo responses) to flow into Zeta. However, Vibes’ out-of-the-box webhooks were not in a format ZMP could ingest without customization. This created delays and required additional development work from your side -which require SOW and billable hours to solution this.

How they do not regularly update their Vibes person key ID making it difficult to match customers in our GCD. This will be solved when we migrate to our CDP and we have a golden record and ingest internally the vibes person key!

**What problems is Vibes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are a vendor that goes above and beyond just mobile marketing. They are fully integrated with our systems to ensure we are giving our customer the best experience possible. They have been a huge part and player in our ESP migration so they now have partnerships with Zeta which will help when we transition to our new global CDP with Zeta.

Vibes is very organized, very thoughtful, and provides a lot of direction and information to help.

It took us a while to get set up, and it felt a bit harder to figure out within Marketo and Vibes as to how best to segment our audiences.

**What problems is Vibes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing at the moment. We have finally gone live and have seen no major issues.

**What do you like best about Vibes?**

Vibes offers an excellent product packed with a wide range of features, all accessible through an intuitive interface. We relied on Vibes as our primary communication tool and as the engine behind our pilot rewards program. Integrating the Vibes platform into our workflow was straightforward, and it helped us boost sales and encourage more frequent visits to our stores.

By combining automated and marketing messages, we were able to communicate with our customers daily with ease. Whenever issues arose, our dedicated account team responded quickly and provided effective support.

Throughout our 12-month pilot, Vibes continued to enhance the platform, adding new features that were included in our service plan. I highly recommend the Vibes platform and team to anyone seeking a reliable communication solution and a solid foundation for a rewards program.

**What do you dislike about Vibes?**

Vibes would benefit from adding a ticketing system that provides users with fast and easy access to status updates on reported issues.

**What problems is Vibes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vibes has been instrumental in addressing a number of challenges for us, such as enabling fast communication with our customers to encourage visits to our store and providing the foundation for our pilot rewards program.

This platform has quickly become an essential part of our marketing toolkit. It strikes the perfect balance between flexibility and innovation—making it easy to experiment, refine, and push the boundaries of text marketing. The support team is not only responsive but genuinely collaborative, always ready to strategize and tackle challenges alongside us. From setup to day-to-day execution, the system is intuitive, seamless, and built for results. It’s no longer just a tool—it’s a cornerstone of how we connect with our customers.

**What do you dislike about Vibes?**

If there’s one area I’d like to see improved, it’s the lack of a referral program. Given how valuable the platform has been for us, providing a way users can recommend our program to others and receiving some benefit in return would be a natural next step.

**What problems is Vibes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating avenues to creatively aquire active users - establishing direct communication, retention, and building the relationship further.

Vibes was an outstanding partner throughout our collaboration. They consistently went above and beyond, often working late into the night to ensure deadlines were met and challenges were addressed. Their willingness to go the extra mile included making on-site visits to better understand our needs and provide tailored support. They demonstrated a strong commitment to our success, learning and adapting alongside us to ensure we were always aligned. When it truly mattered, Vibes was incredibly reliable, delivering results on time and without fail. Their dedication, hard work, and teamwork made a significant impact, and we couldn’t have asked for a better partner.

It would be convenient if Vibes had a support ticketing system outside of the support email for admin users to be able to access support tickets and see the status.

**What problems is Vibes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vibes has assisted us in building an innovative, app-less , loyalty program experience.

**What do you like best about Vibes?**

The product is very seamless to integrate and easy to use, our technical team didn't have any trouble with the implementation and is something that definitely a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Vibes?**

Not sure if this is a dislike but rather a limitation that we are unable to integrate an email functionality as Vibes specializes only in mobile communication and our use case was to integrate both mobile and email and we had to go with another provider for email. In the future that is an avenue Vibes can explore possibly.

**What problems is Vibes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to notify our customer about their order updates
