"Easy Setup, Seamless Booking, and Great Support with Vibefam"

What do you like best about vibefam?

What’s helped most is how straightforward Vibefam has been to set up. Instructor scheduling didn’t take much effort, and the booking website means members can book their own classes without needing us involved every time. Being able to track bookings and attendance in one place has made things easier to keep on top of, and the platform and app give members a convenient way to book from their phone.

Setting up packages in the dashboard was simple too, and turning on recurring monthly billing has saved us from having to chase payments ourselves. Onboarding was genuinely user-friendly, and the support team has been great every time we’ve reached out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vibefam?

One area we’d like to see improved is the studio rating feature. We would prefer more control over whether ratings are shown. There are a few areas where the platform could be smoother also, but the support team is available to help when we experience bugs or need guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is vibefam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Starting a new studio, we didn't want to be piecing together separate tools for scheduling, payments, clients management. Having it all set up in one place from the start has saved us a lot of guesswork and it's meant we could open with things already organised instead of fixing a messy system later on.
