What I like best about viaPeople is its flexibility and level of customization. Unlike many performance management platforms, it adapts to our organization's existing review cycles, workflows, and reporting structure instead of forcing us to change our processes. The platform includes performance reviews, 360-degree feedback, goal management, and succession planning in one solution. The implementation and customer support teams have also been excellent, providing responsive, white-glove service and helping ensure the platform is configured to meet our specific business needs. One area for improvement is that, because viaPeople is highly configurable, the initial setup and implementation can take more planning than a plug-and-play solution. However, the implementation team provides excellent guidance throughout the process, and the flexibility is well worth it once the platform is fully configured.
