With our project, we were limited with the amount of engagement we could incorporate into the platform, however we will manage this in future events.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

I loved the fact that vFairs created an environment that was like an in-person event. Being able to create a lobby, auditorium, help desk, etc was so impactful. The animated characters also made it seem as if we were living in person! Being able to create things in the backend was seamless. If you want to take your conference virtual, vFairs is the way to go! Each time there are new features that help make our virtual conference even better!

Our project manager, Syed Shahroze Hassan, was great from the start! He was so helpful to our team, even with the most complex requests. No matter what time it was (big time difference), he was available to help. He made our virtual experience ten times better. We have worked with him many times, and he is amazing to work with.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Unfortunately, exhibitors seem not to get as much traffic. Not at the fault of vFairs. The platform is excellent, making it seem like we are actually in an exhibit hall in person. But that is something I wish could develop in a virtual environment.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By having a virtual conference, we are eliminating the cost of travel! We can bring in more attendees, even more internationally, that may not have come if it was held in person.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

vFairs was always readily available, hit all deadlines and pivoted quickly with change requests. My project manager Shahroze Rizvi really brought our project to life and alleviated us from doing a lot of the heavy-lifting.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

There is nothing that I disliked. vFairs and Shahroze went above and beyond to give me an amazing virtual event.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

vFairs took us from doing static PowerPoint presentations to beautiful, video on-demand virtual events. It was the first time our team hosted such an event and they walked us through everything with ease.

I was limited in how I could edit the landing page. I could not connect other apps to VFairs landing page.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

I loved working with Farah. Collating with her was easy and made the whole process seamless. Her willingness to assist and teach was incredible. Working with Ahmed and Farah was straightforward, collaborative, and creative. From planning and executing the event, Farah was always ready to help and answer questions. Even during odd hours, she was always willing to assist and solve any issues we had. The event was incredibly successful, thanks to Farah.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Nothing. The price point may be expensive for other high schools that are also trying to do this. By making it more inexpensive, it can be more accessible to high schools.

Please check out Vfaris. They will meet your virtual experience need.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VFairs helped the inequity of access to information on colleges and universities worldwide for students from the African continent. This virtual space gave students who otherwise have the opportunity to interact with university representatives.

Maliha was very patient and very knowledgeable on not only JA but what JACUNY did last year, which was great because I am new to the organization.

Everything was great!  We will receive more feedback after we have our "live" days with the schools in January and March.  Teacher feedback that may help next year.

Being able to find in her files the business logos and other information from last year.  Being new, I was unable to find this in our files.

vFairs simplified the setup for our conference. With the guidance and support of our account manager, Hamza Sultan, we were able to effectively produce a conference that met our expectations and exceeded our clients. We have received various compliments on the overall conference platform, and are very pleased with how everything turned out.

A lot of interesting add-ons are currently in production that would have been great for us to use.

vFairs provided us with a hybrid solution that integrated seamlessly with our production team in-person. There were no glitches or issues, and our project manager was there every step of the way to address numerous questions that I had.

The ease and accessibility of the platform enable such a rounded user experience. it has so many functionalities. It's like actually being in a conference. the personal project manager (Arooj)  assigned to us, was simply superb, patient and thorough.

Perhaps explore alternatives to capturing registration information so that patrons can enter the environment faster.

Especially during COVID and coming out of the height of the pandemic, we were not able to meet as a company and host major events. VFAIRS allowed us to bring partners and stakeholders together when COVID prevented us.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Overall had a great experience with vFairs and the representatives. They were pretty quick and responsive to the MANY changes I had. We set up the fair in less than a week. It was more successful than I thought it would be, so I was extremely pleased!

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

There is very little to dislike about the platform. It's very customizable, so the designs are limitless! Only thing I would have liked was more suggestions on the set up. I had to be very specific with the design in order for it to come out the way I wanted it to. Again, not a bad thing because it turned out great.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching many people at one time and gathering interested candidates! We'll see how fast we can convert the candidates that came into the job fair! Still in that process now.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Zain was a great project manager, always responsive and ready to help us out or answer all of our questions. He was clear in his communications and receptive to all our ideas, trying to help us find ways to implement them even if they may have been difficult. Overall we were able to run the event successfully thanks to him, and also to Farah and Umar who were very supportive on the live days!

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

The chat functionality during the event could be improved - We used the embed chat option and the notifications were not consistent and there wasn't an obvious indication for unread messages. This meant some of the attendees didn't even realise our reps were starting conversations with them. There would sometimes be a notification sound but it is not obvious enough.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through this platform we were able to engage with our customers in a novel way, and also broaden the scope of our events by reaching out to more markets. We could also showcase our products in an engaging and visually appealing way.

I enjoyed the exceptional customer service Arooj provided for our event. Whenever we had changes or updates she got them implemented immediately.  She offered suggestions whenever we were unsure and provided great recommendations.

There were no areas that I disliked about vFairs as their service was exceptional and of high quality standards. Continue to provide this type of service for all customers.

VFairs solved technical issues that occurred during our live event rather quickly. They could assist a large group of individuals within a relatively short time.

Having a designated project manager made the planning process a lot easier. Yusra was amazing to work with, she was detail orientated and always willing to assist

Not being able to have the same project manager for our third event was difficult, the project manager had to relearn our needs. Keeping the same project manager would be easier for everyone invovled

Vfairs is a great platform to host an online event. The entire team is professional and willing to do anything to make your event successful. Yusra was an incredible project manager, she was kind and made sure all our needs were met.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

We organised a hybrid conference and wanted a visually stunning and user-friendly immersive virtual platform. The final product co-produced with vFairs met our expectations almost completely (80%, if you have to put a number on it). The platform is very impressive visually and easy to navigate as it is very intuitive for the user, and the loading speed and the ability to host resources on it are very good.

One of the advantages of working with vFairs was our interaction with Fizza Abbas, as our project manager, with Salman Amin during the construction of the platform, and Julie LeBlond, as vFairs' commercial representative, who was with us all the time.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

One limitation of the vFairs immersive environment is the embedded webinar, which still requires a lot of improvement for visualisation and interactivity with virtual participants. These limitations depend on the videoconferencing platform used, but in the end, our virtual participants preferred to follow our webinars directly in Zoom, abandoning the immersive environment.

Another unfavorable aspect is the immense burden on the customer in building/customizing the virtual platform, which in our case was not very clear during the early stages of discussions with vFairs. While it is possible to achieve the goal set, this requires hours of dedication and can be an element of misunderstanding with vFairs, especially if you are working with a small team or are short on time. My recommendation is to plan well in advance for the construction of the virtual platform and be prepared to provide the content (photos, text, design customization, etc.) as there are not many trial versions available for the client.

Plan ahead.
Ask all questions before signing.
Go to all meetings prepared by reviewing tutorials and requests from the vFairs side beforehand.

As I mentioned earlier, our team is small and could not take on the construction of the platform internally. That is why we turned to vFairs.

vFairs offers other resources such as advertising the event or connecting with their business partners to coordinate with the on-site side of the conference, but we didn't take advantage of these resources due to our super-accelerated schedule.

The ability to live stream our in-person event plus adding an OnDemand function for afterwards was very easy to incorporate. We also like that the exhibit booths were easy for our exhibitors to set up and the new mobile app looked great. Our vFairs representative, Hamza Sultan, was especially helpful and knowledgeable!

Sabrina was always close to us even though physically she was thousands of miles away. Despite the time difference, she was always available and willing to support us in anything we proposed. For me, this is the best thing about vFairs, its people.

The platform is fantastic. Very flexible, capable of adapting to the smallest detail that we wanted. It's generally easy to set up and, if you like it and know a bit of html and css, it allows you to do a lot of things yourself.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

It's not that I dislike it, but I think that the process of setting up the booths should be simpler, especially the loading of images for the banners.
Something that I lacked was being able to choose the type of avatars that are displayed in the different rooms (Hall, Auditorium, etc.). I would like to see some with more Latin traits.

The Universidad Panamericana consists of three campuses in three different cities in Mexico.
This platform allowed us to hold our annual conference for teachers in all three locations simultaneously, attending the same conferences and offering a digital experience that we had had before.

VFairs is an amazing virtual platform to host events. The animation and site capabilities present a professional appearance for businesses/organizations to have a successful event. The customer service and support were phenomenal, the extra steps they took to ensure that all staff was comfortable navigating through the platform were beneficial, to say the least. There is nothing that I can honestly say I disliked. My suggestion to enhance the experience is to make the notification that a person has entered the event louder and or possibly send a digital notification alert to staff.

The platform provides ample opportunities for attendees to engage with resources, providers, and each other. There are many incentives to keep them interested, and the virtual experience is fully customizable which lends to a relatable in-person conference feel. We liked the diversity of avatars, the live tech support, and the ability to brand everything. The swag bags were great as well. Sana was exceptional and receptive to all our needs and requests and was very communicative. We appreciate the fact that vFairs was able to send us the mp4 version of the video so we could upload it on our social media. The PR creation and publication element of the service was wonderful, as well as the PDF user guide. We appreciate the non-profit discount.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

- It would be great to have an AI or stock explainer video when people log in to explain the platform features, so the agency doesn't have to come up with a video explaining a platform we aren't very familiar with.
- The time difference was a bit of a challenge when coordinating meetings between vFairs and our team, who frequently have meetings back to back. We were limited to certain times due to time zone differences.
- When the attendees went into breakout rooms, they were unable to record, even if they were selected as hosts. 
- It'd be great if the platform could stay up longer.
- Several people had challenges logging in to the platform. Typically, all that was needed was a browser switch and cache refresh, but it still occupied a lot of lost time in the beginning for staff and attendees.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our annual conference is typically in-person and could only accommodate around 100 people. vFairs allowed us to reach hundreds more people to provide education, connections, and resources around a very important topic. We had to pivot from an in-person event to virtual when Covid picked up, and only had a month turnaround. vFairs jumped on the project despite the aggressive timeline. The event was very successful and well-received. Next time we will ensure there is more lead time so we can launch the platform a few days before the event and allow attendees time to become familiar with it.

This was our second time using vFairs. Far and away, they have the most interactive and best-looking virtual event platform that we have either seen or used. It is so fully featured, but simple for the attendees to use. It actually feels like an event rather than a glorified website or list of Zoom webinars, like many other virtual event suppliers. There are lots of useful features and the platform has a great reporting system too.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

There is very little that I can critique about the platform. I had previously indicated that I would have liked to see more features on the chat room component, but they have taken this feedback onboard and made a whole myriad of improvements. There are now so many more features, both within the chat room component, and on the exhibitor booths. There are so many new features that we ran out of time to make use of them all!

**Recommendations to others considering vFairs:**

vFairs will always be my preferred supplier for virtual events. I'm not aware of any other supplier being able to do what they do. Their support is also second-to-none. Fantastic product and fantastic service. Cannot recommend them enough!

Due to an influx of Covid-19 cases in the state, we had to postpone our on-campus, in-person Open Days. Instead of losing the opportunity to host an Open Day at that time of year, the vFairs platform helped us run an effective substitute when no other options were available.

The one on one support was amazing. The quick changes, updates and suggestions were greately appreciated.  the team was quick to make updates and met our needs.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

We had no issues with the creation of the platform.  If we wanted a change it was quickly addressed.

they are creating an all in one solution for our virtual event needs

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

I really enjoyed working with Syed Usama Amir and his team. They were extremely responsive, they set up reoccurring calls each week to ensure we were always informed about the status of any changes/updates we requested. Usama took the time to present during sessions to our clients, giving them a thorough explanation of how to navigate the vfairs platform. On the day of the fair, Usama was present the whole time and provided techincal support for all attendees. He made us all feel extremely comfortable using the platform. We wouldn't have had a successful fair without him!

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

We experienced some technical bugs - Usama did quickly fix them, which we gratefully appreciated - however, it slowed down some syncing. Otherwise, we had a very smooth fair, very user-friendly.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vfairs has helped us create a networking environment that we otherwise couldn't do because our clients are global. We have definitely received positive feedback from our clients.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Hassaan Siddiq with vFairs was wonderful. He answered each question promptly and thoroughly. I fully expect to continue to use vFairs in the future and I will request Hassaan as our Project Manager for any of my team's projects. 

I found the backend of the platform to be user-friendly, and by the end of the project, I was moving very quickly throughout the build-out.

I also appreciated the random check-ins to gauge our experience with vFairs. Nice touch!

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

I would have liked for the screen in the Auditorium to be the actual link to a webinar as opposed to only linking to an agenda. I would also prefer a better place for panelist bios, etc.

We see vFairs as an opportunity to reach attendees nationwide through a virtual, interactive platform. This event was more of a trial run for our department and we would expect future events to be on a significantly larger scale.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Project Manager supported with was assigned to our organization from the start of the development of the landing page through the actual event days. It was very helpful to have their support from start to finish of the event.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Some changes took a bit of time to be updated. A timeline would be communicated, but the changes would not be reflected. To have changes made, it required multiple follow-ups and separate communication. A few additional individuals stepped in to support with our event while our project manager was out, but didn't seem to have a full scope of our event/project and required a lot of additional communication.

**Recommendations to others considering vFairs:**

We created a WhatsApp chat with our project manager during the event and it was so helpful to asking and answering quick question during the event!

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to reach more people globally by offering our event online. We offered a new experience for our participants that provided more interactivity and connection than just a Zoom call. We had the highest number of participants we've ever received for this type of event.
