What do you like best about vFairs?

I really appreciated vFairs’ end-to-end functionality, which prepped us for 600+ delegates at our Annual Conference in Dublin. With professionals from all over the Retail & CPG industry, we really needed robust registration, a strong event experience, and app functionality for our delegates. But what I like best is the team behind vFairs. Ali and Saad worked with us weekly, then daily leading up to the conference, to implement the features we needed, troubleshoot very niche questions we were experiencing, and automate processes that made us all more efficient. What do you dislike about vFairs?

Like any new project, there were the usual hiccups, mostly around the very niche questions we had and the analytics, since our invite-only, add-on events made things more complex. However, the vFairs team made it very, very easy to cooperate, solve problems, and even reach new functionality together. The team is truly the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a lot from one platform: event registration and set-up, analytics, a virtual livestream for specific sessions, tracking and cancellations, payment features, and a full app covering everything from quizzes and networking to notifications and agenda updates. vFairs handled all of it in one place.
