The quality of Muhammed Yaqshan's support at every stage made the difference between a good and a great event. For me, it meant that I am already planning to work with you again. We chose a virtual event for IMATEx as we needed to reach exhibitors and attendees who would find it impossible to travel and participate in physical exhibitions as a result of cost, time and issues of obtaining visas. The event was extremely successful in addressing this and we had attendees from over 60 countries participating and were able to offer high quality speakers, over 40 booths to over 600 registered attendees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had a few technical issues that we needed to resolve on the day. Yaqhan and the team addressed those, but they were a little frustrating. I think simplifying the chat interface would be valuable. Most of the interface for building the event is intuitive, but there were times that we found some features a little complex.
