It's very easy to use. Even when switching to more advanced features, they're still straightforward. Documentation is clear whenever you need additional information. Support is amazing.
The main functionalities used were:
Poll questions via PowerPoint add-in integrated with our presentations. Live reporting on the number of people who managed to join. Live reporting on the audience who had time to answer the poll
We also used the paid function of quizzes and leaderboard. Nice touch on allowing to use background music for the quiz answer time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have not used SSO since we didn't purchase the Institution subscription, because we're self-funded for now. The only issue we found is that we couldn't purchase a month subscription, rather the site listed only yearly subscription. We still managed to handle that by contacting sales and the support there was beautiful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
