It's super easy to use. I love the range of questions I can ask and the download data and insights.

I'd love to be able to pin more answers on an image but there's nothing else I don't like!

It helps bringing people together online, helping people participant in a 'quieter' way that using mics, cameras and chatbox in online meetings, and organises the data for me in images and spreadsheets.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

The best thing about Vevox is the team behind it. Every question is answered promptly, they will go above and beyond to help make sure the system works how you need it to, and offer training and support whenever it is needed. With most companies, the contact tends to dwindle off once you've signed up, bit we have has consistant support and communication from this team, even down to reaching out to make sure Vevox is still the bet fit for our company before the renewal is due, thank you Kate Beadell for your recent support with that! Genuienly can not recommend this company and it's amazing team enough.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

Honestly nothing, they are the best on price, practicality, and support, wouldn't go anywhere else now.

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hold an annual conference for between 100-400 delegates, depending on the number of shows we hold each year. Vevox allows us to pull the audience into the show, the keep them engaged, while also collecting valuable data from them.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

Vevox offers an excellent way of interacting with students without requiring them to raise their hands, speak out loud in a public space (like a lecture theatre) or identify themselves in any way. This increases the likelihood of honest (or any) interactions. The students enjoy using the software.

Using Vevox provides me with an immediate insight into how students are managing their studies and enables me to share their thoughts with the room.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

There is quite a lot to get you head around in the first instance regarding the functionality of the software.

However, the customer support is excellent and when I was struggling to deal with some of the formatting issues for using polls, Kate B., quickly responded to my requests for help and eventually set up a Teams meeting with me to talk me through the steps with which I was struggling.

Kate was friendly and well-informed and today I have successfully used the software again for the first time since pre-pandemic. No wonder I had forgotten so much. Thank you, Kate.

Enables all participants to have a voice and avoid being embarrassed.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

I really liked how easy it was to create questions using the Vevox interface. It was very intuitive, and integrating the questions into PowerPoint slides was seamless. I especially appreciated how the questions pop up in the app exactly when they appear on the slides during the presentation.
Using interactive questions in the presentation was a refreshing experience for me as a speaker. The audience stayed engaged throughout, and it worked equally well for both online and in-person presentations.

So far, I haven't encountered any bugs or features I didn't like.

It solves the problem of making presentations more interactive and engaging for the audience.

How easy it is to use once you navigate yourself. Everyone that uses this tool is always impressed on the outcome.  Great customer support especially from Lewis who has guided me using the tool and is always on hand to help with any updates or anything i am unsure about.

None that i have come across. It is serving it's full purpose how i want it to be.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

It allows students to interact without thinking that they have to expose themselves if they want to ask a question. So for instance, if you launch an assignment, you can ask students to ask questions anonymously and they feel braver to do that.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

I am not overly keen on the graphics but they are adaptable - it's just that it takes a bit of time to do it and if I haven't used it for a while, I forget and have to learn all over again. I'm a bit more minimal than the supplied graphics and I like Vevox to look like the rest of the module materials so it feels integrated.

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As noted before, it helps students to ask questions when they are a bit nervous to do it in front of their peers, particularly at the start of a module when they possibly don't know each other.

The ease of deployment for attendees to use the platform. moderation of questions and the live polling functionality.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

Removal of support for the legacy PPT plugin, it was a really useful tool that we still find helpful today.

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gathering insight from your audience in a cost efficient and fast way. Being able to integrate the product into other solutions and be able to ensure a familiar platform for all attendees across the board.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

Vevox is a very useful tool for our business - our association holds yearly events with over 200 people in attendance, and Vevox's interactive polling software allows us to keep the attendees engaged during presentations.  The easy-to-use survey function of Vevox has helped us to obtain valuable feedback from our events.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

None at this time.  The Vevox team was very helpful with demonstrating the product and providing any resources needed.

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vevox has helped us during large presentations to poll audiences of 150-200 people at once, interactive Q&A's, and helping us gather feedback for improvements with it's survey functionality.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

Vevox is easy to set up. within minutes of signing up you can be polling audiences using their devices and engaging in real-time with a class. The learning curve is flat and you are only held back by your imagination.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

Vevox requires users to have a device which can access the internet. Conference venues with a dodgy wifi connection can scupper a vevox presentation but this is salvageable if you and participants have a decent phone signal!

**Recommendations to others considering Vevox:**

If you are looking for a system that you can quickly learn and use then consider Vevox. 
Our organisation have arranged an 'institutional licence' which means that all of our staff have access. 
It also provides an instant report of all of the participant's answers which can be useful for demonstrating impact.

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Vevox to increase anonymous engagement within classrooms. Anonymous is the default setting but individual profiles can be set up by participants if you wish. 
I am also using it to support my Digital Interactive Theatre work - Vevox is an integral part of the process.

Using Vevox provides a single place for collaboration in large meetings like town halls and allows for easy moderation. It nicely integrates with microsoft products. The training sessions provided by our account reps are super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

As an MS Teams organization, Vevox is an additional license and not available to all of our teams.

There’s absolutely nothing I dislike about Vevox; it consistently exceeds all expectations.

Vevox effectively solves the challenge of collecting responses to moderator questions quickly and efficiently from a large number of participants. It also makes it easier for participants to submit their questions to presenters or during debates. Most importantly, it facilitates participant engagement and involvement in the program in a fast and highly efficient way. The platform is very user-friendly, and everything always runs seamlessly.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

Why it matters: Using VEVOX is a great and anonymous way of checking in on my team to see how they are feeling and doing managing their workloads, and we do this on a monthly basis.  I follow up after wards in my 1-2-1’s if there are any issues.  I have shared this template with other leaders, and they are doing the same to check in on their staff.  The application works well and does exactly what it says on the tin from my perspective.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

Duplication of regular surveys could be more intuative and the ability to edit surveys while other surveys are being undertaken would be helpful at times.

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VEVOX enable sme to check on the health and welfare of my team and to make sure we are not overloading the all as part of  awider psychologcal safety drive in support of our staff.

My team and I were impressed with the service we got from Vevox. On reaching out with an enquiry, we received replies back within a day. 

I had very specific questions to ascertain the suitability of Vevox for a client program we wanted to run. Joe and Dom from the Vevox team answered my questions directly, succinctly and promptly. I felt like I was speaking to people who knew their stuff and understand how to talk about what their product can offer. Importantly, they were able to provide suggestions on how to utilize their platform, and solutions to achieve our goals. 

Particularly appreciate Dom who jumped onto a demo with us last minute, spending an hour helping us to understand Vevox’s functionalities. This gave us good insights into the platform’s capabilities, which went a long way towards enabling us to build a solid experience for our client event. 

Most of all, I was pleasantly surprised by Dom’s approach in understanding our objectives and program design, before answering any technical questions. As a consultant myself, this to me is a definitive aspect of our experience that makes Vevox stand out.

In our company the use of this platform is essential, being a company that operates in several countries around the World, it is normally difficult to keep in touch, but not with Vevox, we use this platform to train and teach our employees who are in different parts of the World, so we can ensuse that all staff manage the same information on work techniques and maintain the essence of our business. Additionally, we can hold monthy socual interaction meetings with our employees worldwide and carry out participation activities to evaluate if they are happy to belong to our team or take any complaits to improve, the real-time interaction tools that Vevox offers are really useful

We have not found anything that we dislike about Vevox, it has only come to us to be very useful

It does not matter that our company operates in different parts of the World, all our stadd uses the same techniques and knowledge thanks to the online connection that Vevox allows to train them, in the same way it is possible to have moments of coexistence and social interaction with our employees and between them, which allows the company to remain solid and efficient

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

I have only used Vevox once so far, during an education event.  I found the polls easy to set up and the event ran relatively smoothly (any issues were down to my inexperience)
The delegates on the event enjoyed using Vevox.

I have since received more training which was very informative.  Any issues I had have been addressed by Lewis (I even had a personal training session) and I am looking forward to using Vevox at more events as I become more adept at using the tool.

Nothing so far :)

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

This platform came to our company to make us grow and improve as a brand, thanks to it we now have online sales assistance, where our clients enter the ID provided by the host without  any type of hassle, since Vevox does not It requires downloading nothing, everything works through a web page. There we hold meetings with a small group of new clients where we provide all the information about our company, we explain our way of working, product availability and even our different payment plans and a survey is carried out to the clients to find out if they have any questions. Regarding this, all of this becomes extremely simple for us thanks to the integration that the platform has with explanation and demostration of the content of our presentation

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

I would like them to include new tools to customize the survey section and make it look more attractive

We have more customer acquisition thanks to the organized and informative online appointment that we provide with Vevox to serve people who are interested in purchasing products from our company

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

This platform is a tool that cannot be missing in my company because we use it for two essential tasks, we use Vevox to train new team members of work before starting to work formally, there we explain our policies, missions and vision in a dinamic way, thanks to all the functions that Vevox has, and it also greatly facilitates our management team meetings becuause we present each of our design projects while the final ideas are approved thanks to the participatory surveys ir offers the platform, and all from the comfort of our homes, so we organize ourselves in a better way before meeting with the entire work team in the company.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

Sometimes I lack methods when explaining certain company information in our management meetings, so it would be easier for us if there was compability of Vevox with other programs, such as Excel or Word...

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The presentation and solidification of each idea of all our new projects that are presented is much faster and simpler, since thanks to the interactive surveys that are carried out in the executive meetings, the decision that will be applied in each step of the final project is quickly specified

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

Vevox is the perfect tool to hold all our meetings as a work team, since some of our employees are in different locations and we constantly need meeting sessions to hear new changes in the company or present new idea, so Vevox It is ideal, it allows you to show presentations made in Power Point to facilitate the visualization and understanding of all participants in the meeting. However, the reason why we chose this tool is because at the end of the meetings that espose changes in the company, we conduct surveys to see if all company members agree or disagree and to be able to approve any new idea.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

Each participant must download the Poer Point tool individually on their device. It would be ideal if this option were intregrated direclty in the website, but it really is not something that bothers.

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows meeting to be doubly effective because thanks to its tools the team has a better understanding and can demonstrate like or dislike through the participation surbey that is carried out ad the end of each meeting.
