What do you like best about Vervoe?

What I like best about Vervoe is how easy it is to use and how it helps streamline the assessment process. It gives us a consistent way to assess candidates while creating a straightforward experience for both recruiters and applicants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vervoe?

We receive a lot of candidate queries asking for assessment links to be resent once they expire. A more seamless process for managing expired assessments would help reduce candidate follow-up and administration for the TA team. In saying that it may be our ATS system we need to automate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vervoe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vervoe helps us manage high-volume recruitment by providing a consistent and efficient way to assess a large number of candidates. It allows us to assess relevant skills early in the process and identify suitable candidates beyond what we can see on a CV alone. This supports faster shortlisting, reduces some of the manual screening for our TA team, and helps us manage large candidate volumes more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
