What do you like best about Vervoe?

Vervoe integrates well into our ATS or can be used outside if required. It saves us a huge amount of hours every year, leaving teams to be able to focus on the right candidates, whilst also being cost effective. The suppoirt from the team is second to none, incredibly responsive and effective. We find the AI system to be very effective when trained to look for the right answers and makes the tool far more effective than video interviewing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vervoe?

Not a lot to dislike with the product or service as the team listen to feedback and refine the product accordingly when required over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vervoe solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Vervoe to mass-screen candidates for roles where CV screening would not be effective. For our blue-collar roles, CVs don’t correlate well with success in the role, because we’re recruiting for skills over experience. This reduces the hours needed for the TA team to screen candidates, and it also translates into better success in role and lower attrition.

We also use Vervoe to refine shortlists for white-collar roles. When a management candidate is engaged with us, we can run skills exercises with them to see how effective they’re likely to be in the role. You can’t really test this with psychometrics, and it’s challenging to assess properly in an interview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
