We use this to capture all information in regards to the development of our system which is done within an agile methodology. So this will include maintenance, new development, and anything else that is involved with our enterprisewide system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Version 1?

The best thing is that all of the information is kept in one location for the entire team and any other stakeholders to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Version 1?

It can be a cumbersome and overly complex application. Specifically, there are so many elements and navigation points that it is easy to get lost. Given that Version One is used across the enterprise, every team's information can be accessed and so it can become a case of information overload if the proper filters aren't enabled. And Version One allows so many ways to enter data and filter on it, which can be a two edged sword. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Version 1 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's not necessarily a problem, but given that we work in an agile environment we need a way to track the work we are doing, particularly since there is movement occurring every day. The main benefit realized is that we can track this work, coupled with daily meetings, help us to stay on track with the IT work on our system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
