Describe the project or task Version 1 helped with:

We had a requirement to Digitalize one of our Pipeline management process and at organization level decision was made to go cloud, so we had to integrate the new application with the existing CRM and design the back end and API's in cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Version 1?

The expertise they have when it comes to Customer Relationship Management tools and internal collaborative platform leveraging the AWS cloud. AWS services such as EC2, PostGresDB, AWS VPC and others. Also Mulesoft as API gateway was a great way to have control within the organization for all the transaction happening in the cloud.

Also The AWS platform enabled Version 1 to address the core issues of data security, business continuity, and hardware end-of-life for the customer IT Operations.

The Agile methodology were made use of by integrating Program increment and engaging all the stake holders quarterly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Version 1?

Some times onboarding a new resource or replacing an existing experts/ contractor would take more time than desirable costing significant time and delay in plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Version 1 solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the help from them, we were able to successfully create the application on cloud integrated it into existing CRM application enabled our employees to use the application without much change in there process and resulted in significant increase in engagement and revenue.
