What do you like best about Verse.ai?

Verse is very effective at implementing an automated script for incoming leads. The customer service team is excellent and will work with you to get the software configured how you want it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verse.ai?

My biggest disappointment was that there really was not much of a human element. This is very much an automated software and my expectation was that once a lead replied, Verse had a human doing the interaction. Further, the setup process is a bit lengthy and there was some time in the beginning that was a bit of a waste as leads were either "qualified" way too quickly, or incorrectly marked as non-qualified. What problems is Verse.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem that Verse solved was that leads are "hottest" the minute they come in. Verse allowed me to be contacting them immediately to initiate the dialogue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
