My biggest disappointment was that there really was not much of a human element. This is very much an automated software and my expectation was that once a lead replied, Verse had a human doing the interaction. Further, the setup process is a bit lengthy and there was some time in the beginning that was a bit of a waste as leads were either "qualified" way too quickly, or incorrectly marked as non-qualified.
