I regularly use Pearson textbooks and e-learning platforms in the mathematics classes I am responsible for teaching and overseeing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Versant by Pearson?

The customer service is excellent. My sales rep is always easy to get a hold of, and she can provide sample copies or desk copies very quickly. She can also put me in touch with the correct technical folks if assistance is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Versant by Pearson?

There used to be a one-stop 800 number that I could provide to my students for technical assistance, but now the company prefers them to start online, diagnose their problem, and then decide if a chat, email, or phone call is more appropriate. For some of my students at a community college, this route is more challenging for them to get help when it is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Versant by Pearson:

Their products and customer service are among the best, if not THE best, in the world of higher education. My experience is with math, but I have colleagues in other disciplines who agree. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Versant by Pearson solving and how is that benefiting you?

Student engagement with assignments has increased by using MyLab Math. Students receive immediate feedback and guidance if they answer a question incorrectly. I also save much time grading assignments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
