Vero is a reliable customer engagement platform and gets the job done without hype. That's what I like about it. I've been around for over 10 years so it feels really solid. historically parts of the app felt a little slow. The team has made great progress on this based on what I can see in Vero 2.0 which they're releasing soon. So I'm looking forward to that.
