I love that I can chat with the AI in Verkada, which helps me navigate the software. This feature is absolutely fantastic given how some of these offers can be complicated, and you feel like you need some education in the software. I also appreciate the overall ease of use. One of the biggest opportunities for improvement with Verkada is the camera system. Navigating the full footage is really challenging and feels like "garbage." I need an efficient way to get to specific camera footage at a precise time and date, like Wednesday at 2 PM in building three. Right now, clicking on an "erroneous thumbnail" to open a clip and then having to match the date and time is cumbersome and time-consuming. It could be improved for a smoother user experience.
