What do you dislike about Verizon Virtual Contact Center?

All the interactions and communication take place via IT mode. If there exists even a small default or loop hole in the system, it may affect all the channels and the process can become extremely cumbersome to fix and operate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Verizon Virtual Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

All the customer queries can be directed to this support centre by the customers via multiple digital channels including chat, emails, etc. Amazing cloud interface. It assists in automating the whole communication process and thereby helps in controlling costs. Without being presented physically, all the queries can be simply resolved over the digital support, saving ample of our times. Amazing experience with Verizon Virtual Contact Center so far...!!
