Representatives are well known for their customer service-oriented process, always willing to help and do assist people within a timely manner, it's great to find that all representatives are well trained and are knowledgeable about their product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verizon Virtual Contact Center?

Not all processes are friendly for customers such as me, from time to time I get transferred overseas and it's fine; however, language barriers from time to time make inquiries time-consuming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
