I wasn't thrilled with Verizon Connect because they wanted to triple the charges for new tracking devices, so I canceled the program. Their customer service follow-up plan needs improvement, and there is a high turnover of managers. We tried to cancel the contract the day after signing, but six months later, they're still sending me a cancellation request and trying to bill me for six months.
