What do you like best about Verisoul Platform?

Having used several other fraud prevention tools I find Verisoul to a higher degree accuracy and fewer false positives on detection metrics than others. The AI investigation tool provides great explanations and the anonymous KYC tool is critical for our business and is simply a product that other fraud protection providers do not offer.

The integration was easy, and the support i receive from the Verisoul team is quite impressive, literally someone responds within minutes to any question i have and this has included late evenings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verisoul Platform?

There are few downsides to the fraud data and user insights returned, however the online dashboard itself could be improved as it is often slow and maybe adding additional features such as multi-sorting could be helpful in analyzing the data quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Verisoul Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our business has a high level of fraudulent traffic that we must detect. Prior to Verisoul we have used multiple fraud tools and a manual KYC process all of which Verisoul has replaced.

The fraud detection itself seems to be more accurate then our existing providers. The reporting tools give a quick and easy way to identify suspicious users. And the anonymous KYC product has completely eliminated a manual process altogether, saving significant time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
