"Reasonably solid platform, at least with correct expectations"

What do you like best about VeriScan?

VeriScan is smooth in operation once configured. It does not require much ongoing maintenance attention, correctly automated behaviors take over and are sustainable for years afterward. Their platform also keeps up with changes in background identity document structure automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VeriScan?

Not an outright dislike, but in the interest of transparency, you should know that VeriScan's configuration settings have a moderately large initial learning curve. The hierarchy of settings and controls indicates the product has been built out with layers of capabilities over time which scatter the settings around and create some significant work to get everything tuned correctly on first configuration, it's not an intuitive or prepackaged experience. Additionally, the default settings for their cloud service components are widely permissive and don't represent best practices to limit access, sharing, or retention of sensitive data.
