Verint Automated Quality Management required a lot of tuning to get the scores to be accurate which was time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Verint Quality Bot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Automated Quality Management, we were only evaluating 4 calls per agent per month-- a tiny fraction of the total calls that the agents took in a month. With AQM, we are able to evaluate ALL of their calls from a black and white perspective. AQM takes care of all of our compliance and regulatory questions which enables our leaders and Quality Team to focus on soft skills. It really is a win-win! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
