What do you dislike about Verint Intelligent Virtual Assistant?

It works well overall, but the responses could be more accurate and consistent for complex or specific queries. It would also be helpful to have more customization options and better integration with other tools. I would like more customization options for the assistant's responses, such as adjusting the tone, level of detail, and preferred information sources. Better integration with tools like CRM, email, knowledge bases, and other workplace applications would also make it easier to access information and complete tasks without switching between different systems.
