I would really appreciate it if the credentialing checklist allowed for more customization options. It would also be beneficial to have a feature that lets me send scheduled reports to customers who do not have access to the database. Furthermore, I think it would be useful to have the option to create additional tabs within the Credentialing Console. This way, Provider Profiles could stay visible on one screen, while other information—like internal process steps—could be organized separately, either on different screens or through a similar method that keeps process details and main provider information distinct.
