What do you like best about Verifast AI?

We used to get buried under the same questions “Where’s my order?”, “How do I use this?”, “What’s the return policy?” Verifast AI now handles all of it, instantly.

What’s wild is how natural the replies sound. It doesn’t feel like a script. Customers are happier, our CSAT went up, and our team finally has breathing room.

The setup was smooth, barely took any effort, and we haven’t had to babysit it since. It runs daily, connects with our logistics system, and filters only complex stuff to our agents. Super easy to use, and the support from their team is solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verifast AI?
