I find VerbalScribe easy for our production team to set up and use. It's simple for our congregation to access, with no downloads or installations required. The application being web-based is a huge plus, allowing our volunteer production team to easily convert audio into captions. Our church attendees can effortlessly scan a QR code that opens a webpage where they select their desired language, and the captions or translations are right there on the screen. The onboarding process was well structured and easy to follow. Once we created an account, setting up our first event was almost intuitive and very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
