"Streamlined Inquiries and Rapid, Personable Support from Venue X AI"

What do you like best about VenueX AI?

I love the streamlined process it has created for our inquiries. It feels personable without feeling like you’re talking to an agent, which is how a lot of AI agents come across. I also love that we can immediately unassign someone and take over the conversation if needed. The customer service and rapid response from Abed and his team at Venue X AI are really what I love most. Abed is always there to help, responding quickly and handling items efficiently. What do you dislike about VenueX AI?

There still isn’t a mobile app version yet. I know it’s in the works, but I’m really looking forward to it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VenueX AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Venue X is helping answer a lot of redundant questions asking for basic information, it’s saving us so much time and letting us focus on booked clients and clients who are ready to book, while also giving us our own time back. Inquiries can come at all hours of the day, and I love that our inquiries get an immediate response whether we’re in our inbox or not.
