What do you like best about Venmo?

I like that I can accept payments through Venmo because people prefer using it. I also appreciate how I can move money very easily from Venmo to PayPal without any cost. Setting up Venmo was very easy, just like other payment apps, and took only a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Venmo?

The number one thing is, it's not too good at moving money to other accounts like Cash App when you try to move it, it says it isn't accepted, but then in PayPal it is. Venmo has limitations that PayPal doesn’t when it comes to making payments. It'd be better if it accepted more ways and pretty much just be identical to PayPal. Another way to improve would be to offer an invoicing type of service because when people say 'can I Venmo you?', I'd rather just be able to send them an invoice or a link instead of saying to look me up, making it easier to get it right in front of them. What problems is Venmo solving and how is that benefiting you?
