What do you like best about Venio eDiscovery Platform?

The flexibility and speed of the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Venio eDiscovery Platform?

There is not much I dislike about the product. I often cannot keep up with the upgrades as new features and releases are released frequently. Any problem you may encounter is quickly corrected and patched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Venio eDiscovery Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using VenioOne to process data for all of our clients. One benefit we gained, is Venio's job priority queue, which our old product did not have. Using this feature allows us to submit multiple jobs and prioritize them based on clients' needs. We've also been able to use the VenioCloud feature to quickly spin up self-service cases for clients who may have small sets of data they need to quickly process/load/review at a reasonable cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
