**What do you like best about Veloxy?**

The ability to make calls and use voice to text to note my record in Salesforce from my phone. Using the Veloxy mobile app has been a "Game Changer" in the weeks  after a recent refresher meeting on using the Veloxy App. I am managing my calls with the app and using the talk to text feature to summarize the call the moment it is over. I parrot back every detail in about 20seconds and it is updated to Salesforce. Set a task in the app and on to the next call. My call numbers are up and my number of  meetings is up. Thank you for demonstrating a solution that has organized and maximized my outbound calling.

**What do you dislike about Veloxy?**

Right now I am unable to change the status of a lead from the app. I am forking leads in an untouched status and though I am able to used a drop down to select "Working" the status does not update. In some use scenerios If I click in to send an email without a template the app glitches and resets.

**What problems is Veloxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Veloxy is solving for manual noting of the account record. I am able to dictate a summary of a call in detail without having to leave any detail out because I am "writing a book"

I loved Veloxy until it stopped sending my emails. Then when I contacted “Veloxy Support” he just sent several emails back and forth but never fixed anything. Veloxy has great potential, but they NEED a REAL Support Team that actually helps their customers.

**What do you like best about Veloxy?**

How it tracks all my emails without a click of a button - next favorite, how it prompts you to immediately provide task updates and create follow up tasks after a call.

**What do you dislike about Veloxy?**

Sometimes the app crashes but it doesn't bother me at all because it provides so many more pros than this 1 con. A small thing - because I'm crazy about fonts/spacing, i wish I could adjust font/spacing in templates to match my outlook style.

helping me create breadcrumbs on any follow ups i do - so i can keep up with life. my brain is moving wayyy to fast sometimes and veloxy literally provides a part that my brain is missing to help keep me up to date.

**What do you like best about Veloxy?**

Veloxy makes my job so much easier and allows me to be more productive. Auto logging emails and calls to salesforce saving me time and allows me to focus on what I do best. Veloxy also simplifies the process of finding and adding leads to salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Veloxy?**

It's hard to find something I dislike about Veloxy. One thing I don't like is when it is unable to locate a business and I have to manually input the lead in Salesforce like I used to do all the time.

Veloxy allows me the ability to send hundreds of individual emails with the click of a button and the ability to track those emails and log the activities to Salesforce.

Integration w/ Salesforce.  I also like it tracks all of my outreach w/ a click of a button and auto generates follow up tasks.  The phone / outreach integration also makes it easy for logging calls.

Nothing in particular - sometimes I see a lag in information being synced w/ salesforce but it happens very rarely.

**What do you like best about Veloxy?**

Veloxy speeds up my workflow so much that I can't imagine working without it. I can swiftly manage all my tasks, follow-ups, and leads directly from the app with a few taps and voice-to-text. I love the email analytics function and the Gmail extension. Veloxy helps make the Salesforce experience more agile by giving me the ability to manage many of my home office duties from my car.

**What do you dislike about Veloxy?**

The only big gripe I have is (perhaps I didn't see the button) that there isn't an obvious way to enter leads from the web browser. There isn't a big shiny button that says 'add new lead'. Some of the Veloxy web browser's features aren't very obvious to the user without going over a tutorial, but they're useful if you take a moment. A

**What problems is Veloxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Veloxy allows me to navigate the field quicker, meaning I can spend more time planning, driving, and talking to businesses. The auto-fill address feature alone is a huge time saver and also helps me verify businesses. The map feature helps me determine where I can go next if I've already visited an area. There are so many cool little features, it's built for people on the move.

I like that I can see when clients view my emails. It makes it easier to have that insight into who I am working with and if I am getting through.

I dislike having it on my phone. I just personally feel that it can be invasive and overwhelming on my personal device.

Velxoy makes tracking my touch points easier! I can see everything all in one place and it cuts down on time by logging emails and other touch points for me.

It's helpful to call a prospect or client straight from the app and that it logs it. Eliminates a few steps and saves valuable time.

I don't like how long it takes to integrate and update the desktop version.

Make sure you have a training session to show how things are integrated, and how to best use the application. It can be a little tricky to understand if using for Salesforce efficiency.

Not much. I have had an issue with the variable at times. It didn't show the name in my preview.

**What do you like best about Veloxy?**

Veloxy is a great software platform that allows you to increase your sales funnel day-to-day. It houses all of your prospects and accounts into two fields allowing you to manage each individually or simultaneously. The tool is very progressive in the ways a sales person would behave and be able to documents, check email, see open rates, and meet with new clients where you would otherwise have missed. I especially like the map view, where it shows all of my accounts highlight with pins that are nearby. This let me maximize my time by visiting with as many accounts as I can and not having to drive all over the place.

**What do you dislike about Veloxy?**

If there is something to dislike is just more expansions models on the mobile version.

**Recommendations to others considering Veloxy:**

It is a no brainer. This software is amazing with the fact it integrates with Saleforces.

**What problems is Veloxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hope the software will be able to add just an email field in the mobile app, where you can send customize emails to multiple accounts on what is new at the company. Right now the tool is available on desktop, so I am hoping in the future that capability is available soon.

The very best Salesforce, Outlook, Mapping and Calling integration tool in one simple and easy to use app on your phone and pc. I would highly recommend to all sales especially outside sales. The support and training they offer is fantastic as well, a true partner in success.

I love the ability to do sales follow up via email or phone calls right from my phone.  I can see what accounts are in an area within the map based on my location.  Great dashboard or tracking my opportunities and next steps.

I would love to have the ability for my email responses to be tracked in the application.

**What problems is Veloxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One-stop shop for all my sales tracking and actions.  The ability to do my job from my phone or PC is ideal.  Seamlessly track and log my calls right from the App.  No more extra work.  I can see when someone is opening my emails.  All my activities are tracked in Salesforce while being in the app.

Veloxy gives me the ability to be on the road and efficiently use SFDC. It plugs into all of the parts that are required for my job, logging calls, tracking activity, etc. It also greatly helps me with my prospecting by the map integration and easy to call from software.

**What do you dislike about Veloxy?**

Sometimes the map is glitchy when trying to click the phone numbers. Overall, this has not really slowed me down and dont consider it too big of deal. Plus, it works most of the time.

**What problems is Veloxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the SFDC mobile app is worthless. Asking my SFDC administrator to recreate what Veloxy has already build would take far too much time. Much better route to use Veloxy.

Ease of use - hands off notifications - my ability to follow up as increased tremendously
I can work on my desktop and I am notified of the status of my emails to customers, and potential clients.  You really can't beat in time updates like this.  
The main screen with opportunities and graph is wonderful as well, but my favorite is being able to get instantaneous feedback and information from the app and on my desktop, I can't say enough about this feature.
Like I said completely hands off and you are supplied with updates constantly.

When I read an email I get a prompt saying the customer read the email this is the only thing I can think of - I've been using veloxy religiously for three years

As a Sales Manger having full visibility to my teams funnel in the palm of my hands allows us to focus on winning the customer and not worrying about the pipeline.  Also getting reminders about inactivity on accounts helps my team and myself stay on top of every opportunity

**What do you dislike about Veloxy?**

It would be nice to be able to make calls from the desktop and have it call from a designated number.  Also having the auto dial function placed in the activities section would make it easier to make more calls.

**Recommendations to others considering Veloxy:**

If you are leading a sales organization you have to bring Veloxy to your organization.  Without Veloxy your sales team is not performing at its maximum potential.  The results from using Veloxy are unmatched.  We increased our sales in Q1 of 2020 by over 200%

**What problems is Veloxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Too many organizations have made an investment in Salesforce and because it is not user friendly for outside sales teams, you do not get teh "real" feedback on activity and best practices.  Since implementing Veloxy I have real activity metrics to base standards on.  It has also provided complete visibility throughout the organization so everyone can see how the sales team is progressing.  From a sales rep perspective Veloxy makes the sales process full proof and provides insight on how our customers are interacting with us.   The AI functionality prompts the team to go from call to call and meeting to meeting without things falling through the cracks.

i often have to reinstall every few months to get rid of bugs. extension can be laggy at times and slow down outlook. I wish that I didn’t have to log it to an opportunity/account once I’ve done it once.

I like how Veloxy keeps track of all my opportunities and can be quickly sorted to get my daily, weekly, and monthly totals.

I liked most features of it.  While using the mobile app in the field, it would ding a lot when you're around available prospects.

Problem Veloxy was solving was to organize my daily opportunities.  Also, it would run a weekly report of opportunities that still haven't closed, so it would send you a weekly reminder email on Friday.  The benefits I realized were it reminded me of options that were still active in my funnel that I may have forgotten.

**What do you like best about Veloxy?**

My favorite part of Veloxy is the ability to see if my emails are being received. It helps me identify if my customer have opened my emails. Knowing how many touches I have put in each day really helps me manage how much work I have put in and where my opportunities for improvement are. Consolidating and organization my progress in one platform really helps with my time management and being more efficient in everything I do.

**What do you dislike about Veloxy?**

When using Veloxy app on my Iphone it sometimes can be fidgety when going back and forth between prospect calling on the current list you are working. However for the most part it works well. It is rather confusing to create an opportunity from a prospect using the Veloxy app from a mobile device.

**What problems is Veloxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits with Veloxy are being able to identify and bring information about businesses up quickly. You can analyze your progress with emails, texts and phone calls.  You can manage the number of touches you are putting in each day, week, month and year.

**What do you like best about Veloxy?**

Instantly log emails to Salesforce from outlook. Can log on accounts or opportunities. Helps me manage my activity without taking up extra hours at the end of the day. Keeps myself and my manager happy that we don't have to ask for activity to be updated.

**What do you dislike about Veloxy?**

Would be helpful to select the salesforce task type in Veloxy's Outlook plug in. I have to go in to SFDC to edit the type for my sales ops tracking preferences. Sometimes an email is logged under multiple opportunities accidentally, but that is rare.

**What problems is Veloxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Log activity quickly. Saves time better spent on selling.

**What do you like best about Veloxy?**

The product is fully integrated with our Salesforce CRM and allows my team to work quickly and efficiently. We use the mapping tool to identify new prospects while out in the field. We also like the fast support response rate we receive when issues arise.

**What do you dislike about Veloxy?**

Lack of detail logged with logging calls up substance with prospects. It just auto logs and doesn't ask you to input and pertinent details after. Should have a pop-up screen after each call to allow the rep to log information.

Samir is great about helping my team understand the technology and tailoring presentations to us!

**What problems is Veloxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team has been able to log more activities and prospect at a much higher rate than before. We have utilized some of the automated task logging features to help stay abreast of our most important prospect, so that we can usher them further down the sales funnel.

Veloxy speeds up the process for field lead generation with the mapping integration.  Tracking activity including emails allows to make sure all follow up in continuous in conversations, resulting in better client relationships and productivity.

**What do you dislike about Veloxy?**

The appointment setting tool is great to get a clear invite to your client - however it does set 2 appointments in the meetings section which can be confusing to new users.

**What problems is Veloxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing territory and seeing active pipeline of staff.  The system is easy to use and the summary page shows the active pipeline of the combined staff.

It’s really easy to use and straight to the point. The email tracking is amazing!! Another great thing thing is you don’t have to wonder about who’s calling when you enter a prospect or opportunity. The app does seem to be a bit outdated, but it’s new so that understandable. I have had issues finding people on the search bar so that’s something else to look into. The fact that it tracks activity to remind you of someone is really useful as well. Over all- great invention and once the qinks are worked out it’ll save so much time and effort.

The application is both pc and mobile that intergrates with salesforce. You are able to send emails, text, calls all while Veloxy tracks the data for you keeping you update with notifications.

The notifications are a little too much but I'm sure you can modify these in the settings.

Simple one stop shop to have all SFDC reporting at my fingertips for all of the people I lead.  Notifications are awesome and keep you on top of the business!  Also makes reps more active and able to track activity

Nothing, the app is updating as it needs.  If we do run across anything we can reach out to Samir and he is eager to help.

Use the app, its much like riding a bicycle, when you fall off, you can get back on but you could be a bit rocky.  Consistency is key.

Simplification of reporting and minimizing time pulling SFDC reporting.  Everything is at my finger tips.

**What do you like best about Veloxy?**

I like how it is so easy to sync with salesforce and outlook. it eliminates steps in the process of updating your funnel. if i'm being honest, it will actually make you update your funnel because it does it automatically. if I were a manager, apart from sales technique coaching this is a tool that I would use to manage and hold other accountable to. As a rep, I enjoy it because it keeps me organized and shows that to my manager.

the app can be better when it comes to logging calls and adding emojis to email subjects would be nice as well.

if you'e all over the place trying to fix or find your funnel or just disorganized get veloxy.

I am managing my funnel more efficiently. i am aware of emails being sent and opened as well as having a reminder to follow up on those emails. again, the fact that it synchronizes with Salesforce makes it incredibly valuable.

Veloxy makes my life so much easier by storing my email templates, logging my emails in Salesforce and creating  new leads quickly and easily while on the go.
I've already recommended Veloxy to several of my peers in sales at other companies.

Veloxy is an invaluable resource. Its one of those things where once you get used to it you don't want to be without it.

With my emails automatically being logged in Salesforce it saves me time. Also, when I am in the field the ability to search and add leads quickly is a game-changer. It pulls up businesses in the area that I may not even be aware of. The fact it auto-populates the business' info is a tremendous benefit.

This tool is great because it gives insight in to who opening the emails and when without the creepy read receipt.  It let's you know when you might be on someone's mind so you know when to respond and get more traction.

**What do you like best about Veloxy?**

The ability to follow up with my productivity. It not only allows me to follow up my work but also see the areas in which I might be missing improvement or I may need to follow up again. This tool has also helped me improved my communication with my clients as I may see who might have forgotten to read the information that I have sent. Having this advantage is crucial for the relationship growth between the sender and the receiver in the communication process.

**What do you dislike about Veloxy?**

Nothing in particular. I would probably distribute data a little better in the diagrams so that it does not look too compressed. I believe that when you increase the range of the dates that you wish to see (in regards to your data), it might be a little crowded. It becomes difficult to read when there are so many different platform from which your receivers may get their emails and opened them. It may be hard to understand which receiver saw the information when the same email was sent to a large group of people.

**Recommendations to others considering Veloxy:**

I would recommend to open it at least once a day. 
Follow up with your tasts.
It is easier to follow up all the data that you may have in your system. 
Another recommendation is to not overlap data when looking at different sections.

The ability to track the email that I have sent. It truly helps to know your audience and it helps to improve your communication and productivity at least a 30 percent.

Email Campaigns usually error out and don’t send, it doesn’t integrate well with SFDC leads/contact information. The representative for veloxy seems to have overstepped in many cases. Which gave me the impression that Veloxy is super unprofessional. For example, my email campaigns were not sending, costed me days of email prospecting, and he wanted me to share the screen, which was okay, but then overstepped on my prospecting approach. I didn’t ask for his input, I just wanted to fix my problems. Also, he kept begging me to bring up how “awesome” veloxy was to my superiors etc.. I don’t have time for that. Nor do I have any say in this... I’m asking for support that is it.

When working properly, veloxy can save hours out of your work week!!

I loved live time notifications of email
Opens and scheduling email compagina... but it wasn’t as efficient. It didn’t always work. And in this b2b sales world, we cannot afford to waste time or spend extra time just making something work. We love automation and ease.

Knowing when my emails are read is a huge bonus and needed in this day and age when working virtually and utilizing emails more than ever.  I have had issues with getting a hold of point of contacts with the company and with email tracking, let's me know if my emails are read and when.  Then, I can utilize this data to follow up and find out who new POC's might be based on the data.  Also like knowing when emails are forwarded/reviewed.  Templates are a nice touch as well.  Templates allow for better and more concise and professional looking emails when sending campaigns out.

**What do you dislike about Veloxy?**

Syncing with Salesforce is a bit wonky, but still works!  There are some features that make it a bit tough to understand, but with a little help with the Veloxy folks, they were great to assist and help understand the product a bit better.

Try it to believe it.  Definitely a great product!

**What problems is Veloxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead generation and knowing when my emails are read.  This is a huge plus as this allows me to find new POC's and look up additional contacts at companies where prospects are not opening up my emails.  It's not always easy to prospect into new organizations, but having this AI behind the scenes gives me a better sense of who my future customers will be.  Another benefit is handling unsubscribes.  This is important for managing contacts that do not want to be contacted.  They can easily be removed and allow me to focus on the creation of my campaigns vs. user/contact management which is very time consuming.
