What do you like best about VelocityEHS | EHS Software to Outpace Risk?

I like how easy VelocityEHS is to use and that it has minimal technical issues. It’s also great that I don’t have to involve our IT department nearly as much as other departments do with their specific software. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, which saved time and effort. On top of that, the software supports efficient reporting and makes it simple for users to submit reports. What do you dislike about VelocityEHS | EHS Software to Outpace Risk?

Support is my main issue. When I submit a support request, it takes forever to get a response, and then when I finally do hear back, I don’t have much time to reply before they close the ticket.
