What do you like best about Velaro?
The software does what is expected of it and achieves minimum expected to conduct client chat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Velaro?
The software on the agent side a bit clunky(UI is lacking) and the fact that they use a computer web browser(chrome or simular) based app instead of a full installation file is not great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
