What I like most about VegaCrypt is that it makes sharing sensitive information with parents simple and secure. Running a kindergarten, we sometimes need to send enrollment forms, documents, photos, or other private information, and I don’t want to worry about sending those things through regular email.

VegaCrypt is easy to use, and I don’t need to be very technical to figure it out. I can send a secure link, the parent opens it, and that’s basically it. It gives me extra peace of mind when we are dealing with children’s and family information.

I also like that the files don’t have to stay online forever. For a small business like ours, it feels like a simple and practical way to keep private information more protected without making the process complicated for parents or staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There really isn’t much I dislike about VegaCrypt so far. If I had to mention one thing, I would say it would be nice to have a few more integrations with the tools we already use for managing our kindergarten and communicating with parents.

Some parents are also not very familiar with secure file-sharing systems, so once in a while I have to explain how to open a secure link. But overall, the platform is pretty easy to use and we haven’t had any major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
