What do you like best about Veeva Vault RIM?

Veeva Vault RIM is the important tool to manage, review, and save the document. The interface is very user-friendly. In the clinical trial industry, it is used to save all trial documents with important trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeva Vault RIM?

Some important tabs are not on the home page. It takes some time to perform some tasks. For example, when we complete any training in Veeva Vault, we have to go to the medidate part of Veeva Vault to sign the page. When we are working on or uploading multiple documents, it slows down. What problems is Veeva Vault RIM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Veeva Vault RIM solves the important problem in documentation. We can save the document online and anyone can access the document at any time. We can review and approve the document such as protocol, CCI, and study plan. In clinical trials, there are so many documents. So by using the tool, we can access all documents in one location.
