Search & Reporting Hurdles

While the data is all there, finding it can be a chore.

The Issue: Unless the metadata was entered perfectly at the start, the search function can be finicky. Building custom reports often requires a "Power User" or a dedicated system admin rather than being something a manager can do quickly on the fly.

Over-Automation
