The time it takes to train our team to use Veeqo is minimal, and it allows us to focus more time and effort on increasing sales. While it is easy to use, it also provides enough customization to fit our unique needs. There is a perfect balance of customizable views, shipping options, branding, etc. without too much noise that would confuse our fulfillment team. One of the best parts about it is the customer service; our questions are answered almost immediately. Also, the Veeqo team is quick to support us and listen to the suggestions we have for the platform. We want to ship things quickly & accurately. I would love for Veeqo to provide more reporting tools. For us specifically, we need a more in depth inventory management system that allocates for lot codes or connections to Net Suite. I would also love to be able to get detailed receipts for our shipping label purchases. Also, a direct connection to UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. reps. The best thing about Veeqo is that its free. You just sign up, integrate it into your store and thats it. It gets the best rates and even gives you credits for shipping. From the inventory updates to the order processing, Veeqo flipped our warehouse operations to an extemely streamlined and efficient process that we can't live without. One of the best parts is that whenever we have an issue or question we have a direct point of contact within Veeqo that is English speaking and will set up a call with me as soon as possible to resolve any of my concerns. Veeqo is still smaller and doesnt integrate with all e-com platforms yet. There are still some technical bugs it needs to sort out, but everything can run smoothly regardless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Veeqo is how seamlessly it helps us manage our Amazon orders and streamline our e-commerce operations. The platform is very efficient, intuitive, and user-friendly, which makes daily order and inventory management much easier. The main limitation I have experienced with Veeqo is the restriction when it comes to integrating marketplaces outside of Amazon. Currently, most non-Amazon marketplaces can only be connected through third-party software, which adds extra steps and complexity to the workflow.

It would be much more efficient if Veeqo offered direct integrations with a wider range of marketplaces. This would save time, reduce dependency on external tools, and make the platform even more powerful for multi-channel sellers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't say enough about how great this is! We used to subscribe to a service and now no longer need to. Plus we get postage discounts AND credit back based on volume of shipping. We can use it for eBay as well as Amazon and it marks the item shipped plus reports it back to Amazon and eBay with tracking number. Also, using this creates claims protection from Amazon. Sometimes an item comes up "service unavailable" through the USPS and you have to ship UPS or FedX, but that very rarely happens. Also merging orders is not always easy to do, though again, that is rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate how quick and straightforward it is to ship packages with this service. The process of purchasing labels and viewing your orders happens almost instantly. The support team is always available and very helpful whenever you need assistance. I also like that they pay attention to user feedback and regularly introduce new features. As a business that tried other shipping platforms, I found the implementation process to be very easy, especially since Veeqo offers an excellent way to connect with various marketplaces and shipping carriers. We love the fact that it’s Free! A lot of other softwares out there have a pretty hefty price tag. So it’s nice to see something that’s free to use.

The only thing we would like to see is if Veeqo synced real time. When our orders are first made the information is pushed to Veeqo and if the customer adds on any additional item through our aftersell plugin, it’s not fed through to Veeqo. As a small business the price point (free!) is obviously a big plus. The ease of integration to our various eCommerce channels (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok and wholesale) was a big plus. We also have quite specific and custom requirements and the flexible and easy to use API meant Veeqo was a viable option for us where.

We recently set Veeqo up to manage our stock to multiple marketplaces. The support from Veeqo was excellent and knowledgeable which considering the software is free is remarkable. We were able to set up Veeqo in house with the support from Veeqo and it has worked better than we expected so far. We use it to manage our listings on Amazon, eBay and a Website.
