"Video Editing Made Easy"
What do you like best about VEED?

I appreciate Veed.io for its exceptional automatic subtitling feature, which significantly streamlines my video creation process. It's a time-saver, especially for interviews, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The user-friendly interface makes it accessible, enhancing my productivity and allowing me to focus more on content than on technicalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VEED?

Although Veed.io is highly effective for most of my needs, there's room for improvement in its automated translation feature. While it's a promising tool, it currently requires a bit more refinement to achieve the high standard set by the rest of the platform's capabilities. This minor issue aside, Veed.io remains a valuable asset in my video creation toolkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Raw Footage into Professional Content Effortlessly"
What do you like best about VEED?

VEED has become a core part of my content and training ecosystem, making it easy to turn raw footage into clean, professional videos without a full production setup. I regularly use it for voiceovers, captions, and resizing content for multiple platforms, which helps polish both motivational and educational videos. The intuitive interface is fast and reliable, especially when batching posts for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and long-form content. VEED cuts my editing time by hours and bridges the gap between amateur and professional production in minutes, letting me focus on message and impact instead of technical friction. I also appreciate the built-in stock media and subtitle tools. Subtle transitions, background visuals, and audio layering improve clarity and watch time, especially when producing content at scale. Setup was quick, and VEED offers more flexibility and features than other tools I’ve used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VEED?

One area where I see strong potential for improvement is in the video-to-text workflow and how stock media is integrated into the final output. The current system tends to rely heavily on talking-head visuals, which means creators still have to manually search for and insert stock footage to add visual variety and reinforce the message. A more automated, context-aware approach would make this feature even more powerful. For example, automatically mixing in relevant stock clips based on keywords, tone, or section breaks in the generated text would help balance talking-head segments with supporting visuals. This would reduce manual editing time and make the final videos feel more dynamic and intentional right out of the first render. With a tighter blend of scripted content and stock visuals, the video-to-text feature could move from being a strong starting point to a nearly production-ready solution, especially for creators producing content in batches or on tight timelines. "Simple, Accessible Editing with Great Subtitles for YouTube and Teaching Content"
What do you like best about VEED?

What I appreciate most about VEED is its simplicity and accessibility. I can quickly trim videos, add subtitles, adjust audio, and make small visual improvements without needing advanced editing skills or external software. This has been especially helpful when working with teaching content, short exhortations, and longer-form videos where clarity and flow matter more than heavy effects.

The subtitle and text features have been particularly useful for YouTube content, as they help improve engagement and accessibility. VEED makes it easy to add captions and format them in a way that feels natural rather than distracting. For ministry and educational content, this is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VEED?

Working with long videos or high-resolution footage (4K) in a browser occasionally feels slow or glitchy, especially if your internet isn’t strong. For quick edits, it’s fine, but heavy timelines can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Peter Janda of VEED

Thanks for sharing your experience! We’re happy VEED makes trimming, adding subtitles, adjusting audio, and improving visuals simple for your teaching and ministry videos. It’s great to hear the subtitle and text features help boost engagement and accessibility. We also hear your point about performance with long or 4K videos in the browser, working on smoother handling of heavy timelines is something we continue to improve based on feedback like yours.

"User-Friendly Video Editing with Room for AI Improvement"
What do you like best about VEED?

I like how easy VEED is to start using. Uploading videos or raw files is quick and easy. Editing out filler words or dead spots is fast too. Changing audio and adding subtitles are very intuitive tasks that don't require a lot of learning. This allows me to significantly shorten the amount of time needed to prepare a video after receiving the raw files and set it live. All the features I previously thought required a lot of skill or more complicated technical programs are combined in VEED, making it less expensive and less time-consuming to create a polished product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VEED?

The audio editing process isn't as intuitive as the video editing process. I also think the AI features aren't quite there yet. They're only useful for a few things like removing filler words, but other tasks like adding or changing backgrounds or fixing people's eyes have been inconsistent. The subtitle generator leaves a lot to be desired, and I wish it were more accurate and didn't require as thorough review on my part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Video Editing with Seamless Transcription"
What do you like best about VEED?

I love how simple and user-friendly VEED is. It's really quick and easy to use, which makes editing short videos and adding captions a breeze. I find it very affordable and appreciate the different options it provides. The transcription feature is really clever and saves me a lot of time when making videos for social media. It's super easy to merge and resize videos, and the platform rarely makes mistakes. VEED works well on both computer and mobile, which is a significant advantage since most other tools are not as flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VEED?

There's not many, but if I'm being really picky, some of the coloring and the branding styles are slightly limited. As a business, we want to make sure it's a bit more tailored to our brand, but it's not a deal breaker for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy and Fast Video Editing for Marketing"
What do you like best about VEED?

I love the EYE CONTACT and CLEAN AUDIO features of VEED because they save me a lot of time. I find the graphical interface simple and intuitive, ideal even for those who are not experts in video editing. It's amazing how, with a simple click, the software does all the work in just a few seconds. I particularly appreciate the EYE CONTACT feature, which allows me to avoid in-depth study of the texts; just read on the screen and the software takes care of adjusting the eye movement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VEED?

Until some time ago, the process of cleaning the audio was very long. Now they have improved it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Video Production Made Easy"
What do you like best about VEED?

I like the AI features and love the voice recording capabilities in VEED. I love being able to add images anywhere, which is really convenient. The simplicity of uploading and deleting animations is something I really appreciate. These features make it easier and faster to deliver content, as I can quickly make edits to text-based scripts and generate voiceovers effortlessly, saving me a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VEED?

I find VEED to be buggy here and there. Sometimes, certain animations don't work as expected and they just bug out. It's hard to navigate the product a little bit sometimes, like from menus and folders. Otherwise, I think the product's overall really well built, it's just that there are some little kinks that happen here and there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Platform for Audio/Video Creation"
What do you like best about VEED?

Everything I need for my audio/video creation projects are contained in this one platform. At this point in my nearly daily usage of VEED I have created a few hundred videos ranging from just around 10 seconds up to 30 minutes, one at approximately 45 minutes and VEED has provided all I needed for those productions. All of have been easily integrated for use across social media platforms and radio broadcasting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VEED?

To be honest I cannot identify anything about VEED that I dislike. Any early frustrations that I might have had was simply due to me needing to become more familiar with the various assets offered on the platform and how to best navigate the various tools offered. I have created a couple hundred content videos, and I am still learning. When I need assistance figuring out some aspect of the platform customer support is available via self-help guides, AI assist, or an agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Video Editing with Valuable Features"
What do you like best about VEED?

I think what I like most about VEED is its ease of use. It probably only takes three to five minutes to create a video from very simple text prompts, which I think is the best feature. The interface is very easy to use, with nothing overly complicated or time-consuming to understand. The simplicity and ease of use are probably the two most important factors for me. There's a very small learning curve, or basically none at all, which makes it easy to just jump in, spend about five minutes, and get to know the intuitive UI. Editing videos, adding music, and effects are all pretty simple to understand and use. I find VEED very easy to use, and I was able to get started within ten to fifteen minutes of logging in and looking at the UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VEED?

I think at times there is a bit of a lag when you are actually using the software on the browser. I sometimes have a lag with a few editing things that I do, maybe things not refreshing or things not saving correctly. When you're actually trying to edit the captions, like making them smaller or larger, or changing the style, it refuses to save it. This problem has been there for quite some time, and I hope that someone is working to overcome this problem. Apart from those issues, I think adding a few more templates, giving a few more styles and designs to people, would be a great add-on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Lisa Vecchio of VEED

We're glad to hear that you find VEED easy to use and that the AI edits and stock videos are useful for your projects. We appreciate your feedback about the editing timeline, AI avatars, and templates, and we'll take that into consideration for future improvements.

"FÁCIL DE USAR"
What do you like best about VEED?

VEED is a very intuitive tool for online video editing. I especially like how easy it is to start using it without a long learning curve. Features like automatic subtitles, quick editing for social media, and the ability to work directly from the browser save a lot of time. It is ideal for content creators, marketers, and small teams who need quick results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VEED?

In longer or more complex projects, performance may decrease slightly, especially when working with large videos. Some advanced features are limited to higher payment plans, and sometimes export times can be slower than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Video Editing with Powerful AI and Accessibility Features"
What do you like best about VEED?

VEED’s best features are centred on speed, simplicity, and accessibility. As a browser-based platform, it makes video editing quick and intuitive, with easy tools for trimming, resizing, adding text, and layering audio without needing advanced technical skills. Its automatic subtitles and transcription are a standout, allowing captions to be generated, edited, and styled for social media and accessibility. VEED also offers practical AI tools like background noise removal, filler-word deletion, text-to-speech, and basic avatars, along with built-in screen and webcam recording for tutorials and presentations. With social media templates, brand kits for consistent visuals, simple collaboration through shareable links, and straightforward exports, VEED is ideal for creating polished marketing and social content efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VEED?

While VEED is convenient and fast, there are a few drawbacks that can be frustrating, especially with more complex or time-sensitive work. One of the biggest issues I’ve experienced is reliability; edits don’t always render properly, or a video can fail during export after everything looks fine in the editor, which means reloading, re-rendering, or even redoing work. Because VEED is browser-based, performance can also be inconsistent, with lag, freezing, or crashes on longer videos or when multiple elements, captions, or effects are used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
